The story of ALUDD begins with a key need: access to specialized training in regulatory affairs. Throughout my career in the sector, I have witnessed the challenges that companies and entrepreneurs face when navigating a complex and ever-changing regulatory environment.
Recognizing that a lack of regulatory knowledge is a barrier that limits growth and competitiveness, I decided to create ALUDD. What did I discover?

Benchmark
In the Benchmark phase, we conducted a detailed analysis of the visual and functional aspects of various online education platforms that offer features similar to those ALUDD aims to implement, such as course management, user learning experience, and navigation structure. While these platforms are not direct competitors, they provided valuable insights into information architecture and interaction flows.
For this analysis, we studied platforms like Domestika, Coursera, Crehana, and Udemy, selected for their relevance in online training. By examining their interfaces, subscription models, user experience, and navigation structures, we gained key insights into industry best practices and student expectations. This study allowed us to make design decisions aligned with user needs, ensuring an intuitive and efficient learning experience.
Finding Problems
In the development of ALUDD, we created user personas based on research and interviews to understand user needs and design solutions aligned with their expectations. From these insights, we developed the Customer Journey, identifying friction points and optimizing information architecture and navigation. This allowed us to create an intuitive and efficient platform, enhancing the learning experience and facilitating access to training in regulatory affairs.
In the development of ALUDD, we followed a structured UX process, starting with low-fidelity wireframes to define the information architecture and navigation, ensuring a clear structure before moving forward. Then, we created high-fidelity prototypes, incorporating visual elements and key functionalities, which were tested with users to optimize interaction and usability. This iterative approach allowed us to design an intuitive and efficient platform, aligned with the needs of students and professionals seeking training in regulatory affairs.
